What is the point of reviews when the only reviews that are written by real customers are negative? Have you written a positive review for a store you shopped at recently?
Very poor communication. I ordered a desk roughly 3 months ago and still have not received it. It was supposed to arrive "within 2 weeks". They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. I have had to go back to my credit card to get the changes reversed since they refuse to address it themselves. I shouldn't have to do so much just to get what I already paid for.
